How tall does a stair handrail or balcony railing need to be?
Under Arlington's adopted codes, residential handrails generally sit 34 to 38 inches and run continuously, while guards on drops over 30 inches are usually at least 36 inches. We confirm exact requirements with the City.
Is powder coat or paint better for an exterior railing in Texas?
