Privacy policy

When you request a quote (through the form or the design tool), we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email, address or location, your project details, and — if you used the design tool — your design and its reference code.

That’s it. We don’t collect payment information on this site and we don’t ask for anything sensitive.

We use your information for one thing: responding to your quote request and communicating with you about your project — by call, text, or email, according to the preference you chose on the form.

By checking the consent box on the form you agree that CJM Metals may call or text you about your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call, and we’ll stop.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing. Your details go to our own inbox and our own lead log, and nowhere else.

This site embeds a Google Map in the footer and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Like any embedded Google service, these may set cookies or receive your IP address when a page loads. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google handles that data.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, buttons tapped). Analytics data is aggregated and doesn’t identify you personally.

We keep quote requests for as long as they’re useful for serving you — typically through your project and a reasonable period after, in case you come back. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.

Prices shown on this site (including cost ranges on service and FAQ pages) are general market guidance, not CJM Metals quotes. Any quote we provide is a good-faith estimate, subject to an in-person site visit and a written agreement before work begins.

Designs created in the “Design your own” tool are visual aids for discussing your project — final dimensions, materials, and engineering are confirmed during the site visit.
