Steel structure, R-panel roof and walls
Choose the roof, wall and trim colors, roof pitch, entry doors, larger vehicle openings, windows and optional porches. We review the steel framing and insulation options with you as part of the quote.
You do not need to choose beams or purlins in the designer. Send the layout you like; our team reviews the dimensions, openings and site before confirming the construction details.
Know what is included
We start with the steel building shell. A finished home, interior rooms, plumbing, electrical work and heating or cooling are separate items to discuss; they are not automatically included in a shell quote.
Tell us if you need a new slab or have existing concrete. CJM Concrete can review the concrete scope. The written quote identifies the agreed panels, openings, insulation, porch, installation and any additional work.
From your idea to a clear quote
Send your project city, intended use and approximate size. A sketch, site photos or a saved online design help, but you can request a quote without them. We respond within 24 hours.
We confirm the site, access, foundation and any project-specific engineering or approvals before fabrication. The online design is a starting layout for discussion; final construction details are reviewed for your project.

Can I use the same designer for a shop or a barndominium?
Yes. Use it to plan the steel shell for either project. Tell us the intended use so we can review the right scope with you.
Can I choose a 20×25 building or a custom size?
Yes. The designer includes 20×25, 30×40 and 40×60 shortcuts, plus custom dimensions. We confirm the final layout and structural details during the quote review.
Does the quote include a finished house?
A steel shell quote does not automatically include interior finishes, plumbing, electrical work or heating and cooling. We identify the included work and discuss any additional scope before you approve it.
Can I add insulation, a porch or larger doors?
Yes. Add doors, windows and porches in the designer, and tell us what you need to fit through the openings. Insulation and the final opening sizes are reviewed with the quote.
How much will my building cost?
The price depends on size, height, openings, panels, insulation, porches, foundation, site access and installation. Send your city and approximate dimensions for a free quote; the online preview is not a final construction price.
